New Orleans LA French Quarter
I woke up in the afternoon again today. It was time for some food, so I went with a BLT. It was just what I wanted. I came back and sat by the pool to use the internet. Then moved into the hotel bar where there is an AC outlet for my laptop. Very cute bar.
It was about 10pm when I was done the computer and by that time most restaurants are closed. So I went back to Oceana which is the only one around there that is any good and still open. I had steak and side order of crawfish etouffe. The crawfish was really good. I should have ordered that for the main.
After dinner I went for a walk down Bourbon St. and lost or got my phone stolen. I didn’t realize this until I got back to the hotel. I called it and some one answered but they were not in the mood to be helpful and hung up on me which made me think that I was pick pocketed. They stopped answering when I called again from the hotel. What a bummer. So I had to cancel it and get another one tomorrow.
